2. Nature of Services
This Life Divine offers a range of non-clinical, educational, transpersonal services designed to support personal exploration, self-discovery, clarity, goal alignment, and spiritual growth.
QHHT® (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique): QHHT is a spiritual and educational modality developed by Dolores Cannon. QHHT sessions use guided hypnosis and visualization to facilitate exploration of:

Past Life Regression
Higher Self communication and connection
Patterns, beliefs, and perspectives that may be influencing present-day life
Spiritual purpose and alignment

QHHT is offered as a tool for transpersonal self-exploration and spiritual growth—not as clinical intervention, medical treatment, or psychological therapy.
Depth-Oriented Life Coaching: Coaching services support you in:

Clarifying values, purpose, and direction
Exploring patterns and protective structures that may be limiting growth
Navigating life transitions with grounded awareness
Building resilience and emotional intelligence
Releasing beliefs and narratives that no longer serve
Moving toward authentic alignment with your life

Coaching is non-clinical, present-focused, and forward-moving. It is educational, exploratory, and supportive—not diagnostic, not corrective of clinical conditions, and not a substitute for therapy or mental health care.
Soul Memory Work: Past Life Regression invites exploration of experiences the soul may hold simultaneously across what we perceive as linear time. This is offered as a spiritual and philosophical framework for self-inquiry—not as literal historical documentation, medical treatment, clinical assessment, or psychological diagnosis.
Common Coaching Topics: Life transitions, career clarity, relationship patterns, grief and loss navigation, spiritual awakening and integration, creative unblocking, habit change, stress resilience, personal growth, authentic alignment.
Trauma-Aware Approach: Services are offered with trauma-informed awareness—meaning Rachel holds understanding of how difficult experiences shape perception and protective structures. This informs how she listens, paces, and guides the work. A trauma-aware approach is not the same as trauma treatment. Services do not involve processing, integrating, or treating trauma-related symptoms or diagnoses. If trauma processing is needed, this requires a licensed mental health provider.
Complementary, Not Replacement: These services are intended to support and complement—not replace—any medical, psychological, or therapeutic care you may be receiving. You are encouraged to maintain all prescribed medications and treatment plans from your licensed healthcare providers.

3. Nature of Hypnosis in This Context
Hypnosis is a natural state of relaxed focus and heightened awareness. In This Life Divine sessions, hypnosis is used educationally for:

Relaxation and stress reduction
Guided visualization and exploration
Accessing inner knowing and intuition
Past Life Regression
Mindset work and perspective shifting

Hypnosis in this context is not clinical hypnotherapy and does not treat, diagnose, or provide relief for medical or mental health conditions. You remain in control throughout, and hypnosis is only a tool to facilitate the exploratory work you've chosen to undertake.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Individual experiences vary widely and are entirely unique to each person. This Life Divine makes no guarantees regarding:

Specific results or outcomes
Experiences you will have in a session
Changes in your life, mindset, relationships, or circumstances following sessions
Insights, realizations, or spiritual experiences
Relief from stress, emotional patterns, or life challenges
Any form of transformation, shift, or growth

What arises in a session—or does not arise—is individual and cannot be predicted or promised. Each person's inner journey unfolds in its own way and timing. This is the nature of non-clinical, exploratory work.

5. Your Responsibility
You are the expert on your own life, body, and wellbeing. By engaging with this website or booking services, you acknowledge and agree that:
Voluntary Participation:

You are voluntarily and deliberately choosing to engage with these services
You have read and understand these terms and the nature of services offered
You understand services are non-clinical, educational, and exploratory—not medical or psychological treatment

Your Wellbeing:

You take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing before, during, and after sessions
You will maintain all relationships with licensed healthcare providers and continue any prescribed medications or treatment plans
You will seek appropriate professional support (mental health provider, physician, emergency services) for any medical, psychological, crisis-related, or clinical needs
You will not discontinue, delay, or alter any medical treatment, psychiatric medication, or mental health care based on session content or coaching conversations

Clinical Diagnosis Disclosure (Important):

If you are currently being treated for a diagnosed mental health condition, medical condition, or have active suicidal ideation or plans for self-harm, you will disclose this to Rachel before or during intake
If you disclose a clinical diagnosis, Rachel may require written approval from your licensed healthcare provider before proceeding with hypnosis or coaching sessions
If you refuse this requirement or do not have a provider, Rachel reserves the right to decline services

Crisis & Safety:

You will not rely on coaching or hypnosis sessions as crisis intervention or emergency mental health support
You understand that if a mental health crisis, medical emergency, or safety concern arises during a session, Rachel will pause services and refer you to emergency resources

Assumption of Risk:

You assume all risk associated with participation in non-clinical coaching and hypnosis work
You acknowledge that emotional, psychological, or spiritual material may arise during sessions, and you take responsibility for your response and integration of that material
You understand that unexpected emotions, memories, or insights may emerge, and you accept this as part of the exploratory process

6. Coaching Is Not Therapy
Coaching services provided through This Life Divine are distinct from, and not a substitute for, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or clinical mental health services.
Coaching focuses on:

Present awareness and forward movement
Clarity, values, and life direction
Personal growth and self-discovery
Skill-building and perspective work
Goal-setting and life alignment

Coaching does NOT involve:

Diagnosing or treating mental health conditions
Psychotherapy or clinical counseling
Processing or integrating clinical trauma or PTSD
Providing crisis intervention or emergency mental health support
Treating anxiety disorders, depression, addiction, phobias, or other clinical diagnoses
Medical or psychiatric advice

If you are currently working with a therapist or mental health professional:

Coaching can be a meaningful complement to therapeutic work when appropriate
It is your responsibility to discuss this coaching engagement with your mental health provider
If your provider raises concerns, Rachel reserves the right to request their written approval before continuing

If you are NOT currently working with a mental health provider but have a diagnosed mental health condition:

Rachel reserves the right to require written clearance from your licensed provider before proceeding
If you do not have a provider or refuse this requirement, Rachel may decline to work with you

7. If a Clinical Issue Arises During Sessions
If you disclose a clinical diagnosis, mental health symptoms, or a need for clinical intervention during coaching or hypnosis sessions:

Rachel will acknowledge what you've shared
Rachel will clarify that addressing clinical conditions falls outside her non-clinical scope
Rachel will refer you to an appropriate licensed mental health professional
Rachel may request written approval from your provider before resuming non-clinical coaching work
Rachel reserves the right to discontinue services if they are not appropriate for your current needs

This is not rejection—it is responsible professional practice that honors both your safety and Rachel's scope.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
All Original Content: All original content on this website and in connection with This Life Divine services is the exclusive intellectual property of Rachel Bennett, unless otherwise noted. This includes:

Written content, blog posts, articles, website copy, and educational materials
Coaching frameworks, session guides, exercises, worksheets, and handouts
Course materials, recorded sessions, and digital downloads
Photographs, graphics, logos, design elements, and visual branding
Audio and video recordings created by or for This Life Divine
Social media content, captions, and creative writing
All original materials created during or for coaching/hypnosis sessions

All original content is protected by United States copyright law and applicable international copyright treaties.
Your Permitted Use: You may view and access website content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. This includes reading blog posts, exploring service information, and reviewing session materials for your own benefit.
Prohibited Uses: Permitted personal use does NOT include:

Reproducing, copying, republishing, or distributing any content in whole or in part

Client Testimonials & Shared Content:

Once shared with consent, testimonial content is jointly owned by the client and Rachel Bennett
You may request removal of your testimonial or shared content at any time by contacting us directly

9. Confidentiality & Privacy
Rachel's Commitment to Confidentiality: Information shared within coaching and hypnosis sessions is confidential and held in strict privacy. Rachel will not disclose your personal information, session content, or any details about your work together to third parties without your explicit written consent.
Legal Limitations to Confidentiality: Confidentiality has limits. Rachel is required by law to disclose information if:

You pose an imminent danger to yourself or others
You disclose abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a child or vulnerable adult
A court order or legal process requires disclosure
You authorize disclosure for coordination with your healthcare provider
You waive confidentiality in writing

Record Keeping: Rachel maintains confidential records of sessions as required by professional standards. These records are stored securely and are not shared without your consent, except as required by law.
Session Recordings & Audio Recording Consent:
Recording Practice: This Life Divine records all QHHT, coaching, and hypnosis sessions for your benefit. Audio recordings allow you to revisit your session content, integrate insights, and access guidance at your own pace after the session concludes.
Recording Consent Required: Sessions will NOT be recorded without your explicit prior consent. Before your session, you will be asked to consent to audio recording during your intake process. You will check a box or sign an agreement confirming:

You consent to the session being audio-recorded
You understand the recording will be provided to you within 24 hours via email
You acknowledge the recording is yours to keep and use as you wish

If you do not consent to recording, Rachel will not record your session.
Recording Ownership & Use:

Your Copy: You receive a complete copy of your session recording. The recording is yours, and you may listen to it, share it with trusted people, or use it however you wish.
Rachel's Backup: Rachel maintains a backup copy on a secure encrypted external hard drive for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
Your Non-Clinical Purpose: You understand the recording is provided for your personal reference and integration only—not for clinical diagnosis, treatment, or as a substitute for professional mental health care.

How Recordings Are Stored:

Delivery: Your recording will be provided to you within 24 hours of your session via email as an MP3 file.
Format: MP3 audio file, compatible with all standard audio players and devices.
Rachel's Retention: Rachel retains a backup copy on an encrypted external hard drive for a minimum of 7 years (standard professional record retention), after which it is securely deleted.
Security: Recordings are stored securely and protected from unauthorized access.

Rachel's Use Restrictions (Important): Rachel will NOT use your recording for any purpose beyond providing it to you without your separate written consent. This means Rachel will not:

Share your recording with others (except as legally required)
Use it in testimonials, case studies, or marketing materials
Feature it on social media, websites, or any public platform
Use it in training or educational content for other practitioners
Use it for any purpose beyond your personal reference

If Rachel Wants to Use Your Recording: If Rachel wishes to use your recording for testimonials, case studies, training materials, or any other purpose, Rachel will ask for your permission separately by providing a Recording Release & Permission form. You may agree or decline—declining will have no impact on your coaching relationship, future sessions, or services.
Withdrawal of Recording Consent: If you consented to recording but later wish to revoke consent:

Email Rachel at rachel@this-life-divine.com with your request
Rachel will securely delete her backup copy and confirm deletion to you
Your personal copy remains yours to keep, delete, or use as you choose
Future sessions can proceed without recording if you prefer

Legal Exceptions: Recording confidentiality may be limited if required by law (court order, subpoena, mandatory reporting of imminent harm to self or others).

10. Session Policies
Scheduling & Cancellations:

Sessions must be scheduled in advance through the booking system on this website
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all sessions
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are charged in full
No-shows (sessions not canceled) are charged in full
In case of genuine hardship or emergency, Rachel may grant exceptions at her discretion

Session Length & Duration:

Initial consultations are typically 30 minutes (complimentary or as scheduled)
Standard sessions are typically 60-90 minutes for coaching or educational hypnosis experiences, and up to 6 hours on average for QHHT
Extended sessions can be arranged by special request
Exact duration and pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance
Rescheduling requests are accommodated when possible based on Rachel's availability
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in Rachel declining future bookings

11. Payment & Refunds
Payment Terms:

Payment is due in full at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed
Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout
All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes if required

Non-Refundable Services: Services are non-refundable once rendered. This includes:

Completed coaching sessions
Completed QHHT® or hypnosis sessions
Completed consultations
Downloaded digital materials, recordings, or courses

Advance Payment & Session Packages: If you purchase a package of sessions or pay in advance:

Sessions must be completed within the timeframe specified at purchase
Unused sessions expire according to the terms at purchase (typically 6-12 months)
Unused sessions are generally non-refundable, though exceptions may be granted by Rachel at her discretion
If you are unable to complete purchased sessions, discuss options with Rachel directly

Refunds for Cancelled Sessions (by Rachel): If Rachel needs to cancel a scheduled session due to illness, emergency, or other circumstances:

Rachel will make every effort to reschedule at a mutually convenient time
If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund or credit toward future services will be issued

Disputes & Issues: If you have a concern about payment or services rendered, contact Rachel directly to discuss. We are committed to a good-faith resolution.

Professional Boundaries:

Rachel maintains clear professional boundaries in all client relationships
Sessions are professional, non-dual, and focused on your wellbeing and goals
The relationship between practitioner and client exists for the duration of coaching/session work and ends when services conclude

Referrals & Scope:

If Rachel determines that your needs fall outside her non-clinical coaching scope, she will refer you to appropriate licensed professionals
Rachel reserves the right to decline services or discontinue the working relationship if services are not appropriate for your needs, or if she determines that clinical care is indicated

Diversity & Inclusion: Rachel welcomes clients of all backgrounds, identities, spiritual orientations, and lived experiences. She is committed to culturally responsive, inclusive practice.

14. Website Terms & Acceptable Use
Acceptable Use Only: This website may be used only for lawful purposes related to:

Learning about This Life Divine services and offerings
Reviewing Rachel's background, approach, and work
Reading educational content and blog posts
Booking coaching or hypnosis sessions
Accessing client resources and materials

Prohibited Use: Any use that is harmful, illegal, disruptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate is prohibited. This includes:

Assumption of Risk: You assume all risk associated with participation in non-clinical coaching and hypnosis work. You acknowledge that emotional, psychological, or spiritual material may arise, and you accept responsibility for integration and response.

16. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes will be interpreted and resolved under North Carolina law.
Communication First: Before pursuing any legal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith communication to resolve disputes. Open conversation and mediation are preferred.
Venue: Any legal action will be brought in the appropriate courts of North Carolina.

17. Modifications to These Terms
Rachel may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website or booking of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Material changes that affect your rights or obligations will be communicated to active clients when possible.

18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and This Life Divine regarding services offered. These terms supersede all prior understandings or agreements.
